User Management

When you need to grant account access to your employees, there are numerous entitlements and settings available to manage their permissions. You can easily add a new user, input their details, and assign them a role such as “admin” or “viewer.” Subsequently, you can toggle which accounts the user can access, set their overall permissions, and control permissions on an account-by-account basis. This includes everything from the ability to send wires and payments to the ability to manage cards.

ACH Payments

Now, you can easily pay your employees and vendors by scheduling ACH payments directly within your digital banking experience. When you enable this feature, you will gain access to a new section in your main navigation. This section provides a high-level overview of scheduled payments, recurring payments, and payments that have already been sent. You can open a payment to manage the schedule and to view, edit, and add recipients manually or via import.

Wire Transfers

You can easily add and manage your accounts list, see an overview of all scheduled transactions, and create and initiate wire transfers with just a click. You will be able to name your wires to keep everything organized. The experience of using wire transfers is designed to be similar to ACH payments, making both payment types intuitive and easy to use.

Positive Pay

You can automate check fraud detection directly within your banking experience. Simply upload a CSV file, and Banno will compare the amount, date, name, and check number to ensure no issues before processing.
