Merchant Services Update Contact Information
Effective 3/1/2022, all dispute paperwork, including requests for receipt copies and chargebacks, will be sent electronically to the email address that is on file for your merchant account. This change is due to reduced timeframes for merchants to respond to customer disputes.
To update contact information, please fill out the form below. This ensures the email address on file is current. Each merchant account is able to maintain only one email address.
For your convenience, they included a notice of this change with your January 2022 statement. Thank you for your continued business.
Service Charge Schedule
The “Discount Rate” is a charge based on a percentage of your credit card sales. This rate is established and customized for each individual merchant. The rate is based on the historic and or projected volume of credit card business.
