We can’t wait to introduce you to your new Platte Valley Bank Credit Card! It will arrive soon.

  • Continue to use your current Credit Card through Friday, August 19, 2022.
  • Your current Credit Card will not work starting Saturday, August 20, 2022.
  • Your new Credit Card can be activated on or after Saturday, August 20, 2022 and will be ready for you to use immediately upon activation.

  • New vertical design.
  • Contactless Payment option built in for added convenience and fraud protection.
  • New card number and expiration date.
  • View account through online & mobile banking.
  • View, monitor and redeem rewards through our website portal called Red Rewards.

Why am I getting a new credit card?

As part of our commitment to providing you with the finest value and most competitive credit card products, we are updating our card program and issuing new cards.

    When am I getting my new credit card?

    You should see your card in the mail prior to 8/20/22.

    Will I need to activate my new card?

    Included with your new card you will receive information on how to quickly activate your new credit card on or after 8/20/22.

    Are mobile purchasing options available?

    Your new credit card can be added to Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay.

    What is Red Rewards?

    This is our new and improved credit card rewards program. With our Rewards Credit Card you will continue to earn 1 point for every dollar spent and now will be able to redeem your points for cash back, travel options, and gift cards.

    Will my existing rewards transfer over?

    Yes, your reward points will transfer over with your new card.

    Will my account number change?

    Card security is a top priority to us. To help protect your account, you will receive a new account number and expiration date.

    What will happen to my account balance?

    All balances will transfer automatically to your new account.

    Will I get a new card limit?

    You will continue to enjoy the same credit limit on your new card.

    Will my rates change?

    Your rates will continue to be competitive.

    Can I still complete a balance transfer from another credit card?

    We can still help you with this, contact our Bank Card Services Team at 888-350-1184.

    What if I need to report my card lost/stolen?

    We have several ways to assist you:

      • In person Monday – Friday 8-5p MT
      • By calling 888-297-3416
      • NEW Card Controls – turn off your card
    What if I don't receive my card?

    Effective July 1, 2020 our Funds Availability policy will be changed to the following: We are increasing the amount we make immediately available for withdrawal by checks not subject to same day availability from $200 to $225. In addition, the amount available for withdrawal on the second business day after the day of your deposit for large deposits, will increase from $5,000 to $5,525.
